Outage in CM18 6BY

On our wavelength

At Some point around midnight last night, wifi went down in my area, checked the service status and it confirmed a fault, which seemed to be fixed around 2.  It then crashed again sometime before 6, but at 7 I got a text saying the fault had been fixed, and the servive status seems to have been updated to say no longer a fault.


My Modem was flashing red until 7, then just flashes blue, despite several suggested reboots.


What is the situation please? Is there still a fault, or has something fried my Modem?

I've checked our system for you and can see that this known fault is now showing as fully resolved. How've things been since posting this? Have you been able to try rebooting the Hub to see if this helps?
