Hiya, I know this has been posted and answered before, but it seems to have been resolved by private message.
anyway, new customer to Virgin after being by for long and weary. I live in an old property, big distance and thick walls.. and the wifi drops dramatically throughout the house.
I am trying to order a couple wifi boost pods (we had 2 before) but finding it hard to get started with this process.
any help appreciated
