I have a damaged hub and need to order a new one but I can’t find how to do it. The only way I found was to have a technician come out but I don’t need one.
Vm will not just replace it, you must have a technician to do. Call again and arrange a visit. If you think from VM’s perspective anyone could say their hub is broken when it is not.

As Tudor has explained, we would usually need to send a technician to complete an exchange of equipment if there is a fault.
