I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Thanks John, just sends me in a loop. Wants me to upgrade my package, I already have pods included with Volt so shouldn’t need to upgrade to Wi-Fi Max to get them

Exactly what I just said in the previous comment, I know it’s not an upgrade. But when I clicked on the link you provided it was trying to upgrade my package.

I have called virgin now and told them their online ordering fur pods is rubbish, all ordered now via phone
