Hi there I ordered broadband over 2 weeks ago and received 2 confirmation emails saying it would be here today for me to install. However neither email has an area reference or account number so the phone team can’t help me. It’s supposed to be here? And there’s no trace of it. Please can someone help me I’m out of options.
