Order extra pod

Hi

 

Could I get assistance ordering another pod, tried using the connect app and its just not working! I could do with another 2 but understand we have to order 1 at a time

Have you tried by logging into /my-virgin-media , as per the info below from https://www.virginmedia.com/wifi-max ?

How do I get a second or third WiFi Pod?
 

If you’re not getting download speeds of at least 20Mbps in every room with one WiFi Pod, you can request a second or third by signing in to My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab.

I have tried the links mentioned but I have been on the chat 4 times and it doesn't go anywhere and the call line is mental!

Hi, I'm having the same issues - I'm on a Volt package and ordered a Pod last week over the phone, its arrived and has improved speed in one part of the house but I need another to cover the rest. The instruction "sign in to My Virgin Media, click on Your Package and follow the steps in the WiFi Max tab" dont seem to go anywhere.

Please can you go to this link run a test and it should allow you to order an 2nd pod.
