Order disappeared

I upgraded my broadband on the my virgin media app from 250 to 500mb but the order is not showing. I have the confirmation emails though. Cam anyone check this for me please?

Hi @Sarnfy07 thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

It can sometimes take a few days for the app to update for an order, but has this now updated since your post on Wednesday?
