Our wifi will connect but we have no access to the internet across multiple devices.
Have performed multiple restarts on the hub and on our devices to no avail.
does anyone have any experience fixing this?

Assuming the cable from the Hub to the wall is secure at both ends ...
Look at the Hub's Check router status info, does the Hub look like it has connected to the service on both the tabs Upstream channels and Downstream channels ? Connect to the Hub at http://192.168.0.1/
Check for a local service fault on 0800 561 0061.
