I’ve tried resetting the hub to remove the orange light but to no avail. Internet is working fine. I’m concerned having read reports that this could be over heating of the hub. Worrying bearing in mind it’s on 24/7. It’s been like this for months and it’s only because I’m struggling to pair a device that I came across concerns regarding the orange light. Should my hub be replaced? And if so does Virgin Media do this free of charge? The picture shows it as pale orange I would describe it as bright red/orange.
