Hi,
My wifi connection has been slow recently and I noticed an orange light on the router
I have checked all connections and reset the hub and no change.
I went on http://192 etc. And done a diagnostic and it said there was a WiFi connection issue. I am not savvy at this stuff, please can you explain how to fix it in the most simplest way possible.

Taking a look at things here, I can see that since posting, you've spoken to the teams and they have sent a new hub. How have things been since you installed this?
