Hopefully someone can help me with my current issue with the router.
The superhub has intermittent wifi signal, and the light is orange. See the attached picture.
I've tried restarting it a few times and it seems to take a lot of time to get to booting properly, the green arrows see
m to flash for a long time, before the orange light comes back on.
Does anyone have any help for this issue?

Sorry to hear of the issues with the hub, and the Wi-Fi services.
I've been able to look into the local area, and there appears to be a local are outage that is effecting out users.
the estimated fix time for this to be resolved is currently set to 13:15 03/10/23.

The orange light is "normal" though - it just reflects an old fading LED that was fitted into the Hub3 - it is no indication of any issues
