Hello, My Virgin WiFi Hub 3.0 (old white one) has a constant orange light and the internet only works intermittently.
The internet regularly stops working, I am currently working from home so this is troubling.
I have power cycled the Hub - no change
I have factory reset the hub via the pin hole.
All cables have been checked
After resetting the hub the light will be green for 2 seconds before going orange again.
This is very worrying and is preventing me from working regularly.
I have tried reporting this to Virgin media via phone but it never gets anywhere, they run diagnostics and tell me to restart, and then they tell me they can't help when it still intermittently won't work.
