Hello

I'm trying to opt-out of the virgin media wifi hotspot via the "my profile" page, however when I attempt do so I get the error:

"There is some problem in saving your settings. Please try again later."

I have been getting this error for a number of weeks. I see people have posted here previously to get a member of the forum team to fix this - could someone please do this for me?

I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with outing out of hotpots. I can assist further with this and pop you over a message, keep an eye out for a purple envelope.
