I'm unable to opt out of the WiFi hotspot setting under my profile. I've tried different browsers/devices.
It appears this has been a problem for over a year with multiple people encountering the same issue. It shouldn't be this hard to opt out!
Can someone from Virgin help with this problem? I am trying to opt out of the WiFi hotspot option.

I have attempted to do this via our system and I have also been unable to do this, so I have raised this with our IT team and I will be in touch as soon as this has been resolved.
