Opt out of Virgin Media WiFi: Error Message

Hello,

I have tried many many times to 'Opt Out of Virgin Media WiFi’, which is a setting in ‘My Profile’, but I keep getting the error message:

! There is some problem in saving your settings. Please try again later.

It seems from other posts that this can only be resolved by a moderator raising an IT Ticket. Can I ask that a friendly Mod looks into this for me please?!

Thanks in advance

(And I acknowledge that using the hub in modem mode could possibly achieve the same result, but I still want a ticket raised so that I’m definitely Opted Out of WiFi)

just to confirm, you aren't currently using the hub in modem mode?
