Open reach

Hi there

I’ve recently had a cable pull and new cap fitted out on my street. My internet is installed and all good. Only thing left is the poor ( finish ) I think. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this issue fixed

Re: Open reach

The poor patch, the brown plastic, the cable at the side.

For me, it doesn’t look finished and looks a trip hazard

Re: Open reach

you should report it to your council as its on the public highway its there property not yours so its them that set the standard for repair.
but i can't see anything wrong with that

Re: Open reach

Really ?

Its a shoddy looking job that looks half finished with work that was carried out by open reach and not the council

I’ll speak to virgin direct with the issue

I’m surprised you think that’s normal
