I have an unusual account problem which is pretty much preventing me from doing anything with my account online. I only noticed it because I was testing my house for wifi blackspots and when the app said I would need a booster everything errored out.
I have tried calling up about this but the people looking at my account are experiencing the same problem. I have a new contract, not moved home, no changes to my account but for some reason I can no longer access much.
I've tried different browsers/devices and its all the same response.
