We're sorry to hear of the power supply unit missing from your Quick Start kit, we'd love to help out with this.
Can you please confirm if this is the only part missing from your kit as showing here (under installing VM broadband for first time)?
Is this for a new install and have you received all other pieces of equipment?
Also, is the hub powering up and do any lights come on or is it switched off due to this cable missing?
