Issues with broadband signal and speed. Wish to talk to someone. Cannot find link to online chat

Before spending time on a call to Customer Support it is worth speed testing your Hub to see if that is working OK

The speed at the Hub should reflect your broadband tariff.     WiFi speeds are often much less.

Once the test starts click on Run full test to see all the stats.
