On-going intermittent connection

EDIT: I've been advised on twitter that the fix date is Nov 19th... will keep my fingers crossed! 

My internet has been dropping out for considerable periods of time several times every day for about 6 weeks now - when I use the text service or call the 1111 number, I'm told via an automated message that work is ongoing in my area to improve the service and that I'll experience issues in the meantime, but that work is due to be completed by 9am (!). Given I can't get beyond that automated message on the phone, and I've been ghosted on text it'd be great to know where I can go from here - I'm having to use my phone as a hotspot to work from home which is getting very expensive, very quickly! Thanks.

Thanks for posting and sorry for the late reply.

 

I've been able to locate your account using your forum details, I can see the area SNR issue is still ongoing, fix date is currently showing as 24th November.

 

During this time you may find your services are intermittent.
