As described above, I've an old Superhub (probably about 6 years old) which is losing its connection on the 5G band and making it very difficult to work from home. I've tried phoning but can't get through to a human operator.
I am aware that I am eligible for a free upgrade to a Hub 3 and have found a link to do so. However, whenever I try to action the upgrade, the system tries to sign me up for a new 18 month contract, which I'm not up for atm. Does anyone know of anyway to just get the updated equipment without all this rigmarole?

I am really sorry you've been having issues with your connection and the customer service experienced, when attempting to resolve the issue and get your free upgrade.
