For the fourth day in a row we have been suffering from service outages on both TV and Broadband in the PO12 area. Each time the mantra that “our engineer is working hard to fix the problem” is rolled out and the service comes back on, momentarily. Please can VM answer the following questions
1. What has been the “fix” or fixes?
2. Is it a coincidence that problems occur during bad weather, especially heavy rain?
3. How do I claim for compensation for failure to deliver the service I am paying for?
