Number to actually speak to someone about broadband/tv issue

My tv and broadband is broken.

I got a message saying a technician would be out today but after checking my account it says next Tuesday.   I just want to talk to someone to get to the bottom of it.

Does anyone have a number which put you through to a person who can help?

Text service on 07533051809 - about 24 hours for a reply.

150 from Virgin landline - as long as you can put up with the canned music.

0345 454 1111 from any other UK  phone - as long as you can put up with the canned music.

Or you can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.

If there’s an area issue then engineers are cancelled or rescheduled

Have you checked for “known network faults”?

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.
