I have no broadband phone or TV. How can I get this sorted as I can't ring 150



Check for a known local fault on 0800 561 0061 - it is an automated service

Customer Service are on 0345 454 1111 from a non-VM phone

Thanks for using the Community Forums to get this issue with your services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration 😥 I would be more than happy to look into this for you!

Can I ask how your services are now since you last posted please? 

If you're still having issues, could you please give us a description of what's happening please? 

Some things that would be useful for us to know are below - 

  • What do you see on your TV screen when the issue occurs?
  • Do you see any error codes? If yes, I have a link to our TV Errors & Explanations if you'd like to take a look.
  • Does the issue affect Live TV, recordings or streaming?
  • Do you have multiple boxes in your home? If so, does the issue affect all of them at the same time?
  • As for your broadband, are there any lights on the Hub that indicate an issue? 
  • Is the connection issue constant or intermittent? (Does your WIFI come back on after a few minutes/hours?)
  • Does it affect wired connections too? (Ethernet connections)

I have checked on your services on my side and there was an intermittent issue, however there are no outstanding issues at the moment - Any further information you can provide would be great 😊
