Not received pod Wi-Fi

Hi guys I ordered a pod on the 3rd October after a lengthy phone call, and have not received it yet nor had any emails on it. The agent stated it would be sent within a few working days and it’s surpassed that, I don’t have time to ring to chase as it ends up being forever. Can someone help?
