madwayne
Dialled in

Why or why weren’t we notified of the routine work this morning.

I find out at 4am when trying to connect it’s out.

however it’s out between 1 and 7am apparenty

got a very important online medical appointment via zoom this morning so extremely upset that it may not be fixed in time, my only hope is to get it working on mobile data subject to having enough data left if it’s nit back online at 7am.

virgin need to notify of all work being done as it has consequences.

thongs just get worse.

Planned outages during the day, do tend to get pre-notified. A lot of planned works are done overnight precisely to avoid disruption - in both cases, the vast majority complete well within the outage window.

How do "thongs" get worse? 😉

Hi @madwayne

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post.

We're very sorry for any disruption caused. We do try to get as much notice as possible before any planned works - apologies if this hasn't been the case on this occasion.

If we can help with anything else or if you are still encountering issues, let us know.

Thanks
