The WiFi went down earlier today and after ringing virgin they said we need an engineer to come. This has been scheduled for Monday, meaning we will have no Internet for 3/4 days, in a house where four people are working from home.
Is there any way Virgin can come out earlier than Monday? We’re desperate to have the wifi restored, as it is so essential to our work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Unless you subscribe to a service with better SLA's (e.g. virgin media business provides a next day engineer for faults) then unfortunately not - you'll have been given the next available slot for an engineer visit.
