No wifi for a week

I’ve had terrible wifi since last Sunday, there was works in the area but mine hasn’t improved since then. I’ve reset my router, checked the cables, turned it off etc. but nothing is working. Now I have no internet. Does anyone have any other ideas?

Is it only wireless that's affected, or are wired connections also unavailable? In other words, do you have a loss of WiFi, or a loss of broadband?

Sorry to hear of the broadband issues you've been experiencing of late.

Can you please confirm if you've been able to obtain any connection at all over either Wi-Fi or wired devices over the course of today?

If our broadband services have been intermittent or no service at all has been provided, can you please confirm if a basic reboot or even a reset has been completed on the router?
