Wifi stopped working tried to book engineer online, only to get error messages. No way to contact via telephone.
Is no one supposed to have issues after 7 o clock?
On router top 2 lights blue, no tick, arrow light green, power light blue.
sounds like you have a super hub 2 that is supposed to have 5 blue lights on the front of you have no tick on it , then it has lost power check all connections going back to the wall socket make sure none of them are loose.
Try rebooting your Hub. Off switch for 30 secs and then switch back on again. Usually cures it. No need for a tech. Wouldn't get one for days anyway.
