With regrad to my newly contract with virgin media, unfortunately I could not find any wall socket at home. Is it necessary to plug the cable to socket for having wifi, if so what can I do now.
If you don't have a wall socket you could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 - they should be able to book a tech visit to install the broadband.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
