No tv or internet

So after following the online advice and instructions I still had no TV or internet.

I called them to be on hold for 1hour and 2 mins before they cut me off.

I still have no tv or internet 

Can someone please help..... we have tried unplugging absolutely everything and plugging it all back in but still nothing.

Any help would be much appreciated 

Considering changing providers if I cant get this sorted soon.

Is this a new install or and old one that has just "stopped"

If the latter...

Have you checked for “known network faults”?

As well as trying the “check service,” Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum), also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually tells you of more local issues down to postcode level (that may not be listed on the Area Status web page which usually covers >1000’s of customers) - that may give you more info, but even that wont cover problems affecting just a few customers.
