No services since 8am yesterday!

I've had no services at all since 8am yesterday morning. No broadband, No tv, No phone. I have phoned up numerous times and keep getting the same response "there's a problem in your area" what is this problem?! How long is it going to take?! 

My son is Autistic and relies on the internet. I need answers! 

Is anyone else having his problem in the Stockport area?

Thanks for your post and sorry for the service issues you've had.

 

Are the services back working today? If not, please check here for any faults affecting your service. Simply enter the postcode and any area faults reported will be listed. If there is none, and you're still experiencing service issues, then please sign in to the service checker, using your My VM online log in details, and run a service fault test on the affected service. You can run three tests per day.

No still no services working. I've checked the website and it's saying no known issues. Yet when I ring up and ring the service line number it says there's a major fault.

I'm off in Reddish.

Both TV and BB went off on Thursday morning and still off.

I'm receiving the update texts - they say the ETA for getting back up is the 28th Feb. 7 days outage.

Awesome. I have to tether my (virgin) mobile now and will have to add a bolt on for data @£10 per GB.

 

It's brilliant being FORCED to pay more for getting less.

I'm in Reddish too. I've had to pay £25.00 to top up my son's iPad for unlimited data as hes autistic and his iPad is his life. Plus added data on to my phone and on to my eldest son's phone.

There is no a chance we can last until the 28th with no Wi-Fi.

Probably too late but you may have been able to tether the ipad and use the unlimited data rather than topping up the other two devices.

A leading company like Virgin should at the very least have a backup plan.

The advert (that I now have to watch on Freeview) for the free 4G router when you're broadband goes down is looking very appealing right now.
