I've had no services at all since 8am yesterday morning. No broadband, No tv, No phone. I have phoned up numerous times and keep getting the same response "there's a problem in your area" what is this problem?! How long is it going to take?!
My son is Autistic and relies on the internet. I need answers!

Are the services back working today? If not, please check here for any faults affecting your service. Simply enter the postcode and any area faults reported will be listed. If there is none, and you're still experiencing service issues, then please sign in to the service checker, using your My VM online log in details, and run a service fault test on the affected service. You can run three tests per day.
