No service need to claim

4 days of sporadic no service on Broadband down in Blackheath SE London. How on earth do I resister the ‘no service’ to claim? Their fancy button which say ‘register’ doesn’t actually do anything other than take you to a script telling you when they compensate. I’m dreading the answer as being call them!!
