No service and useless customer service

Broadband went down just now in SE12 area - router flashing with only green lights.

Tried to ring support and have been hung upon automatically and can’t access any self help online.

Can one of the virgin team actually be bothered to assist in resolving or am I left unable to even report the fault?

I am in area 21 (SE26) no service here and service checker doesn't even work on my mobile.

Yes service status page just states "Something's gone wrong there" and won't even load the page correctly - even less useful than the contact number.

 

Really poor from virgin - no way for customers to actually report the fault other than this community.....bunch of jokers.

 

Will certainly be switching away if this continues.

The “press and media” are reporting an outage in London with VM
