No security on hub3

Following my hub3 crashing I have no security, password is not require anyone can log on.  Numerous resets of hub3, changed password but the change is not applied.   While in the admin menu of the hub security password is greyed out and can’t be selected.  Phoned vm customer services several times been cut off on every call when being transferred to their technical helpline.  Been with vm for years never had an issue, until now.

May I ask for how long are you holding the reset button?

Only have the co-ax and power plugged in and hold the reset button with a paperclip / sim-removal tool for at least 60 seconds!

If you've done this, apologies - you will likely need a new hub
