Hi, 

ive been noticing intermittent drops in my broadband that seem more like high packet loss then actual disconnections, when i looked at the Hub 4 status there is this message in the network log thats mentioned in the subject, ive seen in previous posts around the same thing its required to post the logs

I have done some checks and cannot see any issues or outages that could be causing this. I can see there was some downtime on the 3rd and 12th of December. Can you please reboot and let us know?

I have a hub 4 and I need a hub 5 as have been told only the 5 has WiFi 6 E which my  devices need to make use of the technology

Is there a specific device you are currently having issues with? We would usually provide a hub upgrade as part of a package change if this was needed to optimise your service! If this has not been the case, we would be able to arrange a replacement or a technicians appointment if needed to support with any fault you may be having.
