The power has suddenly gone from my hub, ive tried allsorts but i think i need a replacement, im having problems getting to VM via telephone. How do i get a replacemnt asap as i need it to wfh.

If you’re sure it’s broken then the quickest way will be to call customer services to request a new one. Lines open at 08:00 and that’s the best time to call.
still probably gonna take 3-5 days though.
