No power/WiFi/ethernet lights

My Superhub 3.0 turned off this evening. No lights on it at all.

Led is on the power brick but seemingly.not getting to the hubi

I've tried  attempting to power cycle, using the reset button but no joy.

I would assume a hardware failure but wanted to post here in case this is a known issue, and if so what is the best way forward?

I've unsuccessfully tried to navigate the phone system to speak to someone.

Re: No power/WiFi/ethernet lights

Sounds like the HUB is dead.

You could try texting on 07533051809.

I've flagged this thread for the forum staff.  Might be a lot more civilised than dealing with the telephone "support".

Re: No power/WiFi/ethernet lights

Thanks both.

Annoyingly (and also usefully), the hub has now powered back on. Power was out to it for around 2 hours. I'm at a loss as to why this happened, so I will pursue with support (have texted the number) to see if this does indicate faulty hardware.

Appreciate an intermittent fault like this will be harder to diagnose, but it is working for the time being at least!

Thanks again for prompt replies 🙂
