Please can someone help me, where can I find a plug to fit to my cable coming out of the virgin fibre wall socket.

I have been sent the router and power supply to my hub5 package. But I have no power to my wall socket

Explain that you need the ONU PSU for a FTTP/RFoG area - if an engineer is offered to bring / fit it accept that - there have been serious delays in getting them dispatched by post.
