Hello, I have ordered a wifi equipment for my new apartment on 6/11 which was supposed to arrive today. I did not have any news regarding the delivery except for a contract.
I have chatted with the chatbot several times, however they never listen that I don't have an account number yet, and today they sent me a link to a form on lpcdn.lpsnmedia.net claiming my order did not push through as the previous account just got disconnected recently, and requesting my bank account info which I did not provide because it felt weird.
I am posting on here hoping for an answer because I can't reach Virgin Media via phone as I don't have an account yet (since I haven't received anything). I am hoping to have a quick answer as I am paying for a service that should have started on the 13th already (however I wanted it to be delivered on the 14th) and I am working from home.

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and see if they have more details.
