No network

Hey. I move home on 1st of April. 

Lady call me  And inform i Will have My Network back on 4th Saturday, nothing happen yet, still cannot login into./no network

Hub is conected correctly. 

On my online  Virgin account when log in show is not active/ you not any more with us.

Could you help please i have to work from home.
