No lights on super hub

I have zero lights showing on my super hub which means no internet.

All the cables are solid and the plugs working. I have been on hold for 40 minutes before being cut off and have been on hold now for another 23 minutes, and counting.

I have texted 07533051809 explaining the situation and yet heard nothing. I work from home and NEED this fixing ASAP

Which Hub do you have ?

Is the Hub power adaptor warm to the touch ?

Is the Hub warm to the touch ?

It's a Hub 3.

The power adapter is warm but the hub isn't which suggests to me that the hub has died

Check that the Hub hasn’t been turned off via the switch on the back.

You can either wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread, this may take a few days, or phone it in to the Call Centre.

I finally got through to the call centre after being on hold for two hours. I "should" receive a brand new hub on tuesday
