Is there any human at VM to talk to to ask to send engineer? It’s been two weeks now, internet is hardly working, there is no issue in the area apparently but issues says is under my postcode. When I call automated number though it says no issue in the area. I’m worried VM is not aware of the issue and not working on it. How can I connect with them?
