Recently had an electric power cut and Virgin had a reported fault in my area. Since then I cannot get any internet on my desktop computer although I still have TV and phone. Have rebooted the PC.

Internet has just reappeared after switching the router off and on. Would like to know if this is required whenever there's an electric/loss in service which has been resolved? For future reference. Thank you.

Try restarting ( use its power switch ) the VM Hub
