I received my hub 3 yesterday, after installing it and waiting for only the white light to remain fixed, I try to complete the configuration via the App on the iPhone, but it gives an error. it is impossible to establish assistance via chat, after two hours no one still responds, even though when I had to purchase the product all I had to do was click live chat to immediately have an operator available within seconds.

I can see on our side that you may have already spoken to the Team thanks to @Client62's advice.
