No internet

Hello

I am struggling to get my router to connect for me to use the internet. I’ve checked all the wires, followed the self help guides on the website and now have the white light to confirm it should be fine. However, no luck and it still says “no internet connection” on my devices. I’ve also attempted to see if there is a connection problem in my area, but there isn’t. Please help!

Hi TILA,

Did you try the  Service Status number  0800 561 0061 ? This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
