No internet

My Internet does not seem to be working, the light is solid purple on the front of my hubz I've restarted the hub and reset multiple times but nothing has worked. When I try log in to the hub settings it won't allow me. Anyone help??

It could be a known fault!
The most useful and up to date info comes from the 0800 561 0061 number. Try that to see if there are any faults that the web service hasn't picked up!

Hi there @rneilson92

 

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post - I was sorry to understand that you had some broadband issues earlier this week. It's rather odd that you are seeing a purple light on the hub - this isn't one of the colours our hub can produce!

 

I have located your account from here and can see that you have since called us and we are sending you a new Hub. I do hope that the change works for you; please do pop back and let us know if you need any help once you have your new hub installed and activated
