No internet

I have no WiFi any device I connect to my hub says connected without  internet 

I have checked cables and rebooted hub and hard reset 

I have ran the test and it says everything is ok 

but still no internet

Can you try a wired (Ethernet) connection...

Connect to the hub at http://192.168.0.1

Dont login - click below the password box to check status of hub and power levels.

I know a bit about Wi-Fi, Telecoms, and TV as I used to do it for a living but I'm not perfect so don't beat me up... If you make things you make mistakes!

There is nothing below password box 

no connection on laptop using wired connection either

So do you not have the 'Check Router Status' button/link to click on below the password and 'Next'  - in the black section ?  See screenshot from my hub below;

If you do have the check router status link click on it and see what's shown
