No internet

Hi, I was wondering since i cannot use my Internet and you havnt been providing a service to me i want to pull of my contract since both parties are not keeping up with the agreement, in the eyes of the law i can terminate my contract early if you do not meet up to your end of the agreement.

I have proof of the time iv been offline

What proof do you have? A Broadband Quality Monitor would be useful.

You say both parties (VM & you) are not "keeping up with the agreement" - what are you doing that is not part of the agreement with VM. Their T&C's that you agreed to will clearly state what the conditions are for terminating contracts early - do you meet them?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
