No internet

Hi, I have no internet or interactive services, can you please perform a reset at your end

About your problem what is the status of the light on the hub ?

To be honest I don't know the status of the lights as I'm away from home, as I said there is a red led on my TV (wife has told me) and we have no internet.

Hello

Has your wife turned off the hub off and then back on ?

If you run a https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status by logging into your account does it show a service problem ?

Switched off and on a few times, and  I have run the status thing a few times nothing showing.
